tier I - Starter Edit

5 Studio Hours / Month
$275 Monthly
Access: Studio Operating Hours Only
Max Rollover: 1 Hour

Tier ii - Signature Set

How Memberships Work

  1. Choose your membership tier and complete payment.

  2. Book your sessions through our scheduling system.

  3. Hours are deducted based on booked studio time.

  4. Unused hours may roll over (see rollover policy below).

  5. Membership renews monthly.

Rollover Policy

  • A limited number of unused hours may roll over to the following month.

  • Membership must be active and paid for rollover to apply.

  • Rollover hours must be scheduled manually by the studio owner.

  • Please contact the studio owner directly to schedule rollover hours.

  • Rolled-over hours expire at the end of the following month.

Studio Access & Hours

  • Starter Edit & Signature Set:
    Studio access during standard operating hours only.

  • Campaign Collective & Creative Residency:
    Includes 24-hour studio access.

All members must follow studio safety guidelines and booking procedures.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Bookings canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeited hours.

  • Missed or late arrivals may reduce available session time.

Important Notes

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Hours cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

  • Membership access is suspended if payment fails.

  • Chelsea Marie LLC DBA Virginia Beach Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for policy violations.
